When you work with me you can expect to see sustainable changes in your teams performance and productivity. Team members using my kaizen system will participate more actively, conflict will be reduced significantly and results will come with a lot less struggle and effort.
Making improvements is not optional. I work very closely with clients and do everything I can to improve overall Quality, Cost and Delivery performance. |
Lean kaizen’s primary driver with every client is to help them get sustainable bottom line results. I first listen to understand your current condition, agree the key areas of focus, and then work with you to make improvements happen.
I am above all flexible. Different clients need different things.Although I have a variety of service modules, (see services page) that address a wide variety of issues, I approach each project with the same attitude.
I design the project activity to produce sustainable results for you and your Organisation. I have a systematic approach with an array of tools and techniques that I help organisations learn and apply to eliminate wasted time from their business processes.
Lean kaizen does not offer “off the peg, one size fits all” solutions and treats each contract and client as uniquely individual.
We approach our facilitation with passion and commitment with a desire for our clients to succeed. We like to think our approach is friendly but we won’t always tell you what you would like to hear. Lean kaizen's aim is to help you challenge and question :

I believe in transferring skills and capabilities so that you don't need me forever. Quick response is guaranteed. I always try to be responsive and reply to telephone calls and e-mails as quickly as possible. I am a task masters .Although I have a fun approach to working with clients I will challenge you to achieve significant performance improvements in a short space of time.

What makes ny approach different is a unique track record of helping office based Public Sector Organisations apply Lean techniques where the product is information and not always “physical” ;like in a lean manufacturing environment.

Lean kaizen was specifically set up to service this particular market and is experienced in helping clients with the unique challenges that these types of Organisations face.
My knowledge and experience of this sector allows me to quickly establish credibility and rapport with staff at all levels in the Organisation. I don't work with theory but hands on approaches that are proven to deliver results.
