Lean kaizen offers a variety of interactive programs designed to increase
employee participation whilst delivering sustainable bottom line improvements

All my training and facilitation is designed to apply to projects and issues
that your  managers and employees are currently working on. We usually customise
a series of programs  to fit the needs of your Organisation

The ultimate offering Lean kaizen delivers clients is a systematic operational
improvement program that leads to sustainable results and an ongoing culture of
Continuous Improvement

The Lean kaizen system is made up of the following key stages

Lean kaizen leads then supports the client through each system stage till
the Organisation has an in house resource capable of consistently delivering results

Stage 1. Lean Awareness

These short workshops gives staff an awareness about what kaizen is all about and
what to  expect when a focused event takes place in their area of the business.

It outlines the key Lean kaizen principles and prepares people before changes
actually  start to take place. This in turn builds trust and reduces the fear factor.

Stage 2. Lean Planning

This stage of the system involves doing a diagnostic of the current business with key
stakeholders to identify the "vital few areas" for continuous improvement. The areas
which will give the biggest benefit to your business performance .
The main outputs from this stage are a common understanding of the current
condition and a go forward plan that is agreed and supported by senior management.

Stage 3. Kaizen Blitz Event 

These “breakthrough” workshops usually run between 2 and 5 days depending on the scope and objective of the event, and typically with 8 to 10 staff from the client organisation. It is the result of these workshops and the subsequent follow up that have the biggest impact in helping the organisation deliver the productivity, quality and turnaround performance gains required.

Stage 4. In house Capability

Kaizen needs strong facilitation skills. During this final stage I run Facilitator
Training Workshops and individual coaching sessions to create  “in house” facilitators.
These facilitators will then be capable of running kaizen activities on their own
creating an in house capability
