from the University of Strathclyde in 1980.
He has more than 25 years experience of Continuous Improvement
and Change Management projects, both in the Private and Public Sector

A former Continuous Improvement Manager and lean expert, Graham Ross is widely sought for his
coaching and team building talents.
Graham started Leankaizen to assist companies in the training and development of their employees in
lean techniques and has been doing so since 2002 with a small select number of clients.
He has more than 25 years experience of Continuous Improvement and Change Management projects,
both in the Private and Public Sector.
Graham has a track record of leading large scale transformation programmes within the Private and
Public Sector, and his many high profile clients
For the last 15 years Graham has specifically been involved in teaching “Lean thinking”, and facilitating
kaizen workshops focusing on eliminating wasted time.
He has built a reputation for being expert in facilitating business improvements, by his ability to engage
with key stakeholders. He gives clients the tools and confidence to make positive changes for themselves,
by transferring his knowledge and experience into their Organisation at an appropriate pace.
