Graham Ross is a Lean Consultant and Professional Facilitator who helps Public Sector and
Private Organisations to improve performance by teaching them about Quality Improvement,
Process Improvement and Continuous improvement.
He is also heavily involved in Lean Product Development and is co-author of the books
Tools for
Success and Practical Quality
He
graduated with
a BSC. in Technology
and Business Studies from the University of Strathclyde in 1980.
He has more than 25 years experience of
Continuous Improvement and Change Management projects, both in
the Private and Public Sectors

A former Continuous Improvement Manager,
Graham Ross is widely sought for his Lean Leadership
Coaching and
team building talents.
Graham set up Leankaizen Ltd to assist
companies with Lean Training,specifically by teaching them about Quality Improvement, Process Improvement and
Continuous improvement.
He has been
a Professional Lean Consultant and Lean Trainer since 2002 with a select number of
clients.
Graham has a track record of leading large scale
Lean Transformation programmes within the Private and
Public Sector, and has many high profile clients.
For the last 15 years
Graham has specifically been involved in teaching “Lean thinking”, and
facilitating
kaizen blits workshops focusing on eliminating "The Seven
Wastes".
He has built a
reputation as a Lean Consultant by being expert in facilitating business improvements and his
ability to engage with key stakeholders. He gives clients the Lean tools and expert confidence to make
positive
changes for themselves. He achieves this by transferring his Lean knowledge
and Lean experience to key personnel
in the Organisation at an appropriate
pace.
